You’ll be part of the marketing team and create video content that fits our tone: positive, honest, activating and human.

Examples of what you’ll work on:

• Editing Shorts / Reels / TikToks (turning raw footage into snackable content)
• Developing and producing content series (from concept to export)
• Editing project footage from partners and making it “Sumthing-proof” (style, pace, clear storytelling)
• Thinking along about what works on which channels — and actually executing it
• Occasionally capturing behind-the-scenes moments at the office or events

Small team = lots of variety.

You’ll have room to experiment, as long as you understand one thing:content should not only look good — it should also work.

• You are studying communication, media, content creation or creative business (MBO/HBO/University level)
• You enjoy editing and are familiar with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
• You can independently come up with, shoot and edit a format
• You think in hooks, pacing and storytelling
• You’re creative but also hands-on: you don’t wait until someone tells you what to make
• You understand the difference between “nice content” and content that has impact

Bonus points if you have an interest in nature, sustainability or climate.

This role can be filled either as an internship or a working student position.

Internship

• 4–5 days per week
• ± 6 months
• Internship allowance: €400 per month (based on 5 days)
• Startdate: flexible

Working student

• 2–3 days per week (flexible around your studies)
• Hourly compensation depending on experience
